8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  

Visiting hours for patients

Wednesday, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Sundays and public holidays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

In the event that your relative is in an in-patient clinic and needs additional care, the attending physician gives an order to get relatives a temporary pass to enter the Center. Information about the pass comes to the Pass Office from the head nurse of the department automatically through the information system.

Visitation for seriously ill patients is allowed from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. by prior request.

The number of visitors at the same time should not exceed two people. Children under 14 years are not allowed to enter the territory of the Clinic. Thank you for your understanding.

A patient, being in an in-patient clinic, accepts obligations:

1. The daily routine and diet prescribed by the attending physician (certain products allowed by the attending physician should be stored in refrigerators in clean packages indicating the patient's name and room number) must be enforced.

2 Fire safety rules must be enforced.

In the clinic it is not allowed:

1. Take your own medicines without your attending physician’s consent (in charge).

2. Leave an in-patient clinic.
3. Consume alcoholic beverages, play games of chance.
4. Smoke on the territory of the Institute.

The authority of the department and the clinic has the right for monitoring to determine compliance with the requirements of the rules for storage and use of food products and medicines in the hands of patients.

The authority of the clinic is not responsible for the safety of patient's money and values.


A planned hospitalization of patients is carried out from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The necessary documents:

  • a referral for hospitalization in the established standard form
  • medical documents
  • a passport and its copy
  • medical insurance policy and its copy
  • insurance number of individual ledger account and its copy

Documents are issued from 12 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays by the head nurse of the department. Patients discharged on weekends and holidays can receive the documents from a nurse on duty on the day of discharge or from the head nurse during working hours.

Medical examination

We invite contractual JMS patients for free medical examination in the complex health care center III of SRC-FMBC (Polyclinic) at the address: Moscow, Gamalei str., 15, bld. 2, 1st floor, office. No 1.

You need to take your passport and medical insurance policy with you. Reception of experts within the framework of medical examination is conducted from 12 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Patients of the following birth years can pass medical examination in 2017: 1927, 1930, 1933, 1936, 1939, 1942, 1945, 1948, 1951, 1954, 1957, 1960, 1963, 1966, 1969, 1972, 1975, 1978, 1981, 1984, 1987, 1990, 1993, 1996, 1999.

Patient evacuation

In the event that a person is seriously ill or injured and is in another city or even in another country, you can use the service "Patient Evacuation".

Specialists of SRC-FMBC can quickly organize the evacuation of up to four patients on board a special medical aircraft. The aircraft is equipped with the latest generation equipment, by which a medical team on board is able to support patients' lives even in extremely difficult condition.

Evacuation of patients is carried out by road transport such as modern resuscitation ambulances and ambulances.

A team of physicians leaving for the patient is created based on the needs of the individual patient, his disease patterns and condition. The brigade consists of experienced resuscitation physicians who are able to quickly wire up the patient to modern life support equipment, such as "artificial kidney", "artificial lung", etc.
